SwapMyCraving exists to answer one stubborn question: "I'm craving junk food — what can I eat instead that won't wreck my goals?" Most answers online are generic lists. We wanted something that gives you a specific swap and the exact portion that fits your body and your day.
What we actually do
Instead of telling everyone to "just eat cauliflower crust," our free calculators take three quick inputs — your goal, your body weight, and which meal it is — and compute the swap and portion size that best fit your remaining calories and macros for that meal. No account, no app, no food diary. You get an answer in about 30 seconds.

Where our numbers come from
The calorie and macro figures for each alternative are based on typical published nutrition values for those foods and common recipe formulations (for example, a standard fathead crust or chicken-crust slice). They are realistic averages, not lab measurements — exact numbers vary by brand and recipe. We deliberately use slightly conservative carb figures so the recommendations leave you headroom rather than pushing you over budget.
What we believe
- Specific beats generic. A real portion number is more useful than "eat in moderation."
- No dark patterns. No forced sign-ups, no selling your data, no fake urgency. The tools are free and run entirely in your browser.
